Who you are buying from
This shop is operated by Wahda Mbaraka, trading from Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Questions about an order go to hello@wahdambaraka.com, and we answer within two working days.
- 02
What you are buying
Every title in this shop is a digital file — usually a PDF or EPUB. Nothing is posted to you, and there is no physical edition unless a title says otherwise.
The page for each title states its format, its size, how many times you may download it and how long your access lasts. Those terms are the ones that apply to your purchase.
- 03
Prices and payment
All prices are in Tanzanian shillings and include any tax that applies. The price shown at checkout is the price charged — we calculate every total on our own servers from the published price, so nothing in your browser can change it.
Payment is by mobile money. Your provider will ask you to approve the charge on your own phone. We never ask for your PIN, we never see it, and we never store it.
- 04
Delivery
Your purchase unlocks as soon as your provider confirms the payment to us — usually within seconds. You will see the download on the confirmation page, and a link arrives by email at the address you gave.
If a payment is confirmed but nothing unlocks, write to us with your order number and we will put it right.
- 05
Your licence
Buying a title gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read it and to keep a copy for your own use. You may not resell it, share the file publicly, or reproduce substantial parts of it without written permission.
The work itself stays the property of its author. Buying a copy does not transfer the copyright.
- 06
Your account
You may buy as a guest. We still open an account under your email so your purchases have somewhere to live, and you can claim it at any time by setting a password.
Keep your password to yourself. If you think someone else has used your account, tell us and we will withdraw the access in question.
- 07
When we may withdraw access
We may withdraw access to a title if a payment is reversed, if a purchase is found to be fraudulent, or if a file is being redistributed. We will tell you why.
- 08
Limits of our responsibility
We take care that every file is complete and readable. If a file is damaged or will not open, tell us and we will replace it or refund you.
Beyond that, our responsibility for any single order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Tanzanian consumer law.
- 09
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you bought it, and the date below tells you when this version took effect.
- 10
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
