What we collect
When you buy something: your name, email address and mobile number, the titles you bought, what you paid and when.
When you have an account: the same details, plus a record of when you signed in and when you downloaded a file.
When you write to us: whatever you put in the message.

What we never hold
We never ask for, receive or store your mobile-money PIN, your banking password, or any one-time code. Your provider handles the approval on your own phone; all we learn is whether the payment succeeded.
We do not store card numbers, because we do not take card payments.

Why we hold it
To deliver what you bought, to give you a receipt, to let you download it again later, and to answer you when something goes wrong.
We also keep a record of administrative actions on the store — who changed what, and when — because a shop that cannot account for itself is not trustworthy.

Who else sees it
Snippe, our payment provider, receives your name, email and mobile number so it can take the payment. It does not receive anything else about you.
Our hosting and database provider stores this data on our behalf. Nobody else receives it, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for seven years, because tax and accounting law requires it.
Download records are kept for two years. Messages you send us are kept for as long as they are useful, and then deleted.

Cookies
This site sets a cookie to keep you signed in, and one to let a guest see their own receipt. Both are necessary for the site to work, and neither follows you anywhere else.
Your basket is stored in your own browser, not on our servers, and it holds only the identifiers of the titles you are considering.

Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@wahdambaraka.com and we will answer within thirty days.
Deleting your account removes your profile and your access to downloads. Order records are kept where the law requires it.

Security
Files are held in private storage and are never given a public address. Downloads are served through single-use links that expire in minutes.
Payment notifications from our provider are cryptographically verified before anything is unlocked, and secrets are held on the server only — never in the browser.
